Can I hook a camper onto existing home utilities?

I need to move back home to assist my older mother and prefer to have my own private space as I have pets.  I am looking at a remodeled 2003 Cedar Creek 36RLTS Fifth that would fit off to the side of her home.  What would it take to connect to the utilities? I'm thinking I could pay extra on each service and assist getting her out of the hole.

As long as you won't be over loading the house electrical circuits. But keep the wires out of sight.. Most places have laws against it.
