How to hook up a x15 effects board to a fender bass amp?

    Sorry but I don't know what an “x15 effects board” is.

    I Googled it but got nothing that helped. 

    If it's just some kind of multi-effects unit then you'd connect it just like any effects pedal - connect the input to tha instrument and the output to the amp.

    The only "X15" effects controller I can find is a MIDI control unit?

    If that is the thing you means, you can only connect it to MIDI devices, it does not work directly with audio.

    You would have to feed the guitar audio through a separate MIDI controlled effects unit, or loop it via an audio interface on a DAW and control effects in that via MIDI.
