How could I make myself less sleepy?

Sure, I don t ALWAYS sleep well because I might get up at $1 or whatever but even the days I am fine at night, I am still tired mid day. At work, I have no choice to do things, but I mean on non-work days where I want to sit, chill and want to STAY UP, so I can actually do stuff and not want to sleep in the middle of the day for 3 hours.

Any tips?

    try to jog 10km a day

    and focus on a hobby
