Why are raw vegans/fruitarians so skinny?

Most raw vegans and fruitarians are skinny even though fruit has a lot of sugar.

1 banana has about 100 calories and these people eat like the calories worth of 50 bananas each day. That's like 5000 calories which would make you gain weight even if you exercise. But these fruitarians still say skinny. How?

    Try eating that many bananas. You can't--anyway there's evidence the way energy in food is calculated is wrong. Heating and cooking food changes the caloric content. Eating raw diets kills humans. It's completely unsustainable long term. It especially kills children.

    I think that is mostly true with YouTube Raw Vegans. 

    the best way to get adequate protein from a raw diet is to eat massive amounts of calories. 3000 - 5000 a day. So almost all raw vegans have to exercise - a lot. 

    For instance, Freelee was a fitness instructor. And she rode her bike to and from work.

    FullyRawKristina runs 6 - 8 miles a day AND does an hour of Hot Yoga. That is probably equivalent to almost 2000 calories burned.

    Her BMR and her other daily activities is also almost 2000 calories a day. So she can easily eat 3000 - 4000 calories day and not gain weight.

    It's because they don't get enough protein and good amino acids.

    Their skinniness is unhealthy.

    fruit and sugar don't make you gain weight... what determines your weight is if you consume more or less calories than you burn each day.... if they're actually eating 5k cal a day they would be overweight unless they were somehow burning an additional 3000 calories a day which is near impossible...
