Why wasn't Hunter Biden locked up for his drug use but millions of African Americans were thanks to Biden's crime bill?

Why didn't Biden's crime bill apply to his drug addict son, Hunter?

Easy. Because he was Biden's son. Everyone knows that.

Because his 94 crime bill didn’t apply to whites. Blacks and whites use and sell illegal drugs at the same rates yet blacks are arrested at far higher rates for drug possession and/or distribution. Blacks are given far longer sentences for the same drug crimes as whites.

That bill was basically the most destructive government policy towards blacks since slavery. In fact there are more blacks in prison then slaves in 1850. That’s Biden and Clinton’s legacy. The Fathers of mass incarceration, the next racial caste system after Jim Crow

Nepotism? Biden actually cares about his son. That's why he shielded him from prison. He could care less about black people or any one for that matter.

Many reasons.  Liberal privilege.  Hypocrisy.  Corruption in the Obama/Biden administration.

I don't know what's worse: liberal SJWs who actually believe this **** making this kind of argument about race or Conservatives who should and do know better using this kind of racial argument in bad faith to criticize Democrats they don't like.
