Is it really true a pint of milk a day protects you from cancer?

    Theres A difference between true milk and fatless, bacterialess stuff we buy from modern milk industry .

    No, in fact drinking cow's milk is not good for humans, especially adults.  It's good for calves.

    No because milk contains sugars (natural sugars, but sugar is sugar), and sugars feed cancer. I don't know if they necessarily cause cancer, but they feed cancer. It's proven.

    Milk is for baby cows anyway. Do you know we are the only animals on the planet who drink another animal's milk? And it was intended for baby cows, not adult humans, or even baby humans.

    I've never heard that.

    However, what I have heard is that milk can help grow strong bones and teeth.
