If Kathleen Kennedy is removed or "retires" from Lucasfilm President, is their a chance that...?

No. It will not be deemed non-canon at all.

Reminder: Disney has final say for the decisions regarding Star Wars, not Kennedy. They, so far, have approved of Kennedy's actions with the series. It is Disney's film series. Kennedy has no ownership over the series.

If and when Kennedy is no longer part of the company, the sequel trilogy will still be canon, unless someone buys Disney and that is impossible.
