No. Point A and Point B in the lake are at the same depth.
Cars can't BE a speed. They go at a speed.
Those racing cars go at the same speed.
Those racing cars can achieve the same speed.
Or "Those cars are going at the same speed" if you are watching them at the moment you speak.
