Scotland voted to remain. Scotland also voted overwhelmingly for the SNP over Boris Johnson?

    Scotland is not thinking clearly.

They want independence so they can make up their own mind about their future and their chosen alliances.

They do that while forbidding the UK from doing the same.

They also claim not to like being ruled by distant foreigners - even though they are well-represented in the UK parliament - but are happy to be ruled by foreigners even further away whom they cannot vote out of office.

It is also an EU requirement that if they joined they would need to use the Euro (EUR) as currency but they want to keep the pound (GBP).

I think they just want to use the threat of leaving as leverage to wrest more control from the UK parliament.

    So?

They are not a separate and independent Nation.

Scotland is smart. They see how braindead the English are and have overwhelmingly voted for a party that wants to leave the UK. If Boris truly believes in "respecting the vote" then he will let the Scots leave as well.
