us army waiver?

I got my waiver back and it says no evidence dental restoration work completed prior service with discharge for diagnosis of adjustment disorder psyche evaluation states no diagnosis but would still need DMPM review/approval as finial authority given prior discharge but this cannot happen until dental DQ is resolved can anyone tell me is this a good sign to get my waiver thanks

I wouldn't plan on going anywhere. Your waiver was denied pending final review but that review isn't even happening until your dental DQ is resolved. So no, I would not be optimistic.

Based on the information you gave, they are more concerned about getting the dental work done first, then evaluating whether to continue with your enlistment process on the other issue.
