Depends on the Ford model. Cherokee is a fairly decent vehicle, which, if maintained properly, should last well over 200k miles.

Rule on Jeeps.  Buy new and sell after 5 years.

Would have to say HIGHER.  Fiat now owns Jeep, so Fiat quality - which isn't that good goes into building Jeeps.  If anything, they are getting worse.

Every Farmer & his farmer friend Frank has a Ford.  Farmers are not spendy people. So, there must be some kind of quality or usability that they can't get with Jeep.  They would have higher maintenance BECAUSE THEY ARE USED "MORE".

. That is just an observation.

That is Ford F150,F250,F350 pickup trucks. Most are used as Work vehicles.

I had a Jeep Cherokee - was bad enough when it was under warranty, but couldn't keep putting over $3000 a year in repairs to be that uncomfortable..
