Can Brazilians be considered latinos?

    yes they are, but ( according to most) they are not hispanics

    Latina is still located in Europe. Latino is the ablative inflection of Latinus. The real Latins built the city of Rome.

    So only if they're Portuguese, French, Spanish or Romanian blood ... I guess we could include greeks, some pols and some germans too. But that's really starting to push it.

    Notice I left out Italians. That's because some Italians are still the original people. They should be addressed as Latini (note the i).

    And under *no* conditions can you be Anglican Protestant, Jewish, or Muslim. As these faiths conflict with the current Latin theocracy (known as the Roman Catholic Church).
