Is global air supply increasing or decreasing?

    Probably neither.

    Some atmospheric gases are lost to space, but volcanoes replenish the air with gases.

    I am not sure what you are asking and am sure you are not sure either.

    The volume of air around the Earth remains relatively constant.

    It is pretty constant, although the percent of CO2 is increasing.

    decreasing, as O₂ is converted to CO₂ with plants and oil and gas being burned, and  billions of people breathing.

    and plant life being killed off for highways and drive-ins adds to that.
