Yes, but being 14 puts her at a higher risk of postpartum hemorrhage

A 14 year old girl is too young to be married, no she can not have a child.  SHAMEFUL

A 14-year-old can't safely give birth -  water birth or any way. Her body is still too physically immature for her to safely give birth without great risk to herself and to her future physical health.

A 14 year old shouldn't have ANY birth. And if she has to it should be in a hospital so that if anything goes terribly wrong, at least she's got medical professionals to handle it. Women die during childbirth, why do you think all the old Disney tales include a wicked stepmother?

Yes but cleaning up the pool after is a mess.

That's what the hospital staff does.

Yes, if supervised properly I guess but preferably maybe just not at home because I don't think home-birthing is an option when a woman is with child as a teenage girl. Maybe a clinic or hospital that would give water or delivery as an option then maybe it would be safer there but I don't think a water or natural birth can be done safely with home-birthing.

If properly supervised and attended, sure.  But that would be if the hospital/clinic offer a water birth.  You wouldn't be homebirthing at 14.
