Is this considered spam? If I leave a link to my own blog under these circumstances?

If I visit a blog that writes about what cats dream about, and I write a comment in the comments' section; "There's also a difference between the dreams of a cat who doesn't go outside and a cat who does, and what a cat dreams about depends on the cat's personality. I wrote an article about it." And then I leave a link.

Is leaving a link under the circumstances considered spam?

This wouldn’t be considered spam, the definition of spam is “irrelevant or unsolicited messages sent over the Internet, typically to a large number of users, for the purposes of advertising, phishing, spreading malware, etc.”

In your case leaving a relevant link is the reason it isn’t spam

You think you are a cat dream expert and you are worried about spamming?
