Oh, is that from the film "Camelot"?  If so, it's about wishful thinking for creating a country where life is idyllic. It's a romance. One of the loveliest songs is, "If Ever I Would Leave You" (it wouldn't be in summer / autumn / winter / spring...). It closes with the lyric, "No, never would I leave you at all". Guinevere is the object of such love. King Arthur is losing his beloved to the dashing Lancelot, however. He hopes to make things so wonderful that Guinevere will love him as before. There are tears, of course.
