Herr Hitler grew up in Austria where anti semitism was prevalent, Hitler and many other German nationalists believed in the concept of "Volksgemeinschaft" which stated that only those of the pure German blood can be true Germans and that we must only stick with one another and distrust and deny all others who aren't like us. And the Jews naturally were the biggest group of those "others" that Volksgemeinschaft concept emphasized.

"only those of the pure German blood" Except there is no such thing, which is why the Nazis compromised their ethnic cleansing.

Hitler did not invent hatred for the Jews.  It has existed for centuries.  Every group that has come in contact with the Jews, including groups that do not get along with each other, have hated the Jews.  Of course, this means all of the other groups are wrong.

Hitler hated the Jews because he believed a propaganda piece out of Czarist Russia called "The Protocols Of The Elders Of Zion".

Seems he was just as big a sucker as some of his followers were. Lol!

Germany was poor and stealing from jews and killing jews  gave Germany alot of momentum to start a war , and the war 'created' alot of jobs.

The bigger question is why have people from all over the world hated and persecuted Jews throughout the centuries ? And, really, why have all religions been persecuted at one time or another ? Hitler was just another link in the hate chain.

he was raised to hate jews, just like lots of whites around here are raised to hate blacks, just like lots of whatever group you want to name here are raised to hate whatever other group you want to name here

it worked out for him because so many other germans shared the same antisemitism, so the louder he talked about it, the more they liked him.  there's a history of antisemitism in europe that goes back centuries

trump exploits the prejudice of poor whites against blacks and various non white immigrants the same way.  there's a lot of poor whites, so it's cheap easy, and sleazy, way for him to keep a power base.

of course trump has to be a bit more circumspect about it, because, you know, it's still not all *that* "cool" to talk about hating blacks and stuff around here.  but he gets his point across to "his people" well enough
