Do I have Alopecia?

I am 25 years old and recently have noticed random hair loss on my face. A couple days ago I woke up and noticed a decently large random bald spot in one of my eyebrows. Then later on in the week I noticed some bald spots in my beard that weren’t usually there. I have always had a patchy beard but recently I noticed some more bald spots that weren’t there before. The thing is that I haven’t noticed any hair loss on the top of my head, only on my face. Can Alopecia affect your facial hair without affecting your head hair? I’m just confused if it’s not Alopecia then why am I getting random bald spots in my beard and eyebrows? Should I see a doctor or what? Please help, I’m worried!

You should definitely see a doctor. I don’t think Alopecia usually progresses that fast
