Could a picc line fall out due to effects of Levophed?

Would appreciate answers from doctors, nurses, medics, et al.

Critically ill pt, septic, has had picc line for almost 4 months. Is on Levophed for low BP. Picc falls out, loses pulse, cardiac arrest.

What could have caused the picc to come out? Could the Levophed have contributed due to its effects on vasoconstriction?

It wouldn’t fall out as it goes in to the heart, at least a foot is in the patient. What the rest that lead to cardiac arrest etc is impossible from this. The line would have to be pulled out.
