I assume you mean extraterrestrial aliens. No, the reason is NOT black holes. There may be ETs one art right now and they have been intef beedi g with us for thousands of years. More likely is the distances between stars and the enormous amount of time it takes to travel between stars at sunlight speeds, is why WD have not seen ETs. It is also possible the Solar System had been quarantined until we grow up and become civilized enough to not slaughter each other for power, greed and money. Seriously, would you make first contact with a planet where military leaders practice he oxide on their own species because of feat of different colored skin, cultures and ethnicIiies?
