Is it wrong to claim that God does not exist?

No. It's common sense. Gods are man-made ideas that can be traced back to the cultures who invented them, to the approximate century they were invented in, and how long it took for their newly invented myths to reach Japan.

Yesd, because it's a lie. God is well and alive.

Absolutely, as one of the greatest!  Notice one of the most powerful!! arguments concerning  one the strangest & silly:

    *** w88 2/1 p. 4 Who Wrote the Bible?

“What a grand book! Stranger than its contents for me is its manner of expression, where the word becomes virtually a natural product like a tree, like a flower, like the sea, like the stars, like man himself. It sprouts, it flows, it shines, it laughs, one knows not how, one knows not why, one finds everything so completely natural. It is truly God’s Word, in contrast to other books that testify of only human wisdom.”—The 19th-century German poet and journalist Heinrich Heine’s comments about the Bible.

Not if you have repeatable and demonstrable evidence for your claim

You can claim anything you want to. It doesn't mean it's true. Psalms 14:1 and 53:1 tell us that those who deny God are fools.

The 'bible' says a lot of things, many of them demonstrably untrue.

I wouldn't say wrong, but you open yourself up to how you can reasonably know that if it becomes a topic of discussion. There are certainly good reasons to make that claim, but sometimes people make it without knowing those reasons.

In the US we're free to claim anything we want.  The truth of the claim is immaterial.

I don't claim that there is no god.  There is no evidence to support the existence of a god and that is a fact not a claim
