What kinds of foods should pregnant women eat?

I am not pregnant yet but I want to know for when I am pregnant in the future and what foods should pregnant people avoid?.

    Unpasteurized juices

    Coffee

    Alcohol

    Deli meats 

    High mercury fish (light tuna is fine) 

    Uncooked/unwashed produce

    Raw eggs 

    Try not to eat too many junk, or sweets or you can get gestational diabetes.

    Eat healthy foods, fruits and vegetables (cleaned).

    Plenty of meat and protien, not too many sweets.

    Also avoid, sushi, honey, caffeinated drinks, and alcohol.

    To include with other suggestions here, take your prenatal multivitamins on time.

    Drink herbal morning sickness tea to avoid nausea. During my pregnancy days fruit flavored morning sickness tea frm Secrets of tea was god sent to me. here's a pic of it.
