Did they ever figure out who the whistle blower was?

    Of course a handful of Democrats know, but no more. And that's as it should be because whistle blowers are guaranteed "confidentiality" by the whistle blower law.

    It's true that the accused has a right to face his accuser. But not when the accused can do irreparable harm to the accuser by dint of the accused position of power over the accuser (as is the whistle blower case here). The history books are filled with cases where the star witness suddenly met with an accident and could not testify for example.
