Do women that have suffered due to lack of innate competitive traits have a right to say industry discriminates against them?

Industry and perhaps society


Green brick : You are a half wit.

The point is women complain they sometimes get lower pay for the same job.

But this, I am implying, is because they stick to the same company and don’t play the job market.

So because they don’t display the same competitive nature in THIS regard, should discrimination be labelled as a cause of any pay discrepancies?

Update 2:

Tactfully expressing an interest in working for other companies, conditional upon pay, is showing a competitive trait but is not the opposite of being concilliatory.

    "Lack of innate competitive traits." LOL. Society socializes girls to be conciliatory or be punished then punishes them anyway for not being socialized as men.

    Everyone has a right not to be discriminated.  Regardless whether they are competitive or not.  What a strange question, I wonder what triggered you to ask it?
