Side extension boundary line rainwater guttering 1.5” over on my land?
My neighbours had a permitted to develop side extension erected right up to the boundary line. The rainwater guttering has gone up and it hangs over my drive by about an inch and a half. Now the boundary on the deeds isn’t clear as it’s just a thick line. How do I measure between the houses to prove my point? From the front edge or the back edge as the house my not be square. Or should I start at the garage that is further back from the house?

If the boundary line on the deeds isn't clear you can't prove your point. An inch here and there is within the margin of error that's accepted as reasonable.

You need a licensed surveyor to read the deed and correctly identify the boundary lines

You pay to have a land survey done, it is the only accurate way that will/can hold up in court.
