Is Australia now internationally regarded to be a 3rd world backwater because of the bushfires?

Tourists don't want to come here anymore.

Ironically, Third World nations have far less fire, because they have less to burn!  Major fires happen mostly in First World places: Chicago, San Francisco, etc.

Not a lot to do as a tourist in Australia. Australians become tourists so they can surf without the box jellyfish, blue ringed octopusses, huge sharks and other Australians.
