Does a normal cbc rule out leukemia/lymphoma?

A series of normal blood tests would rule out leukemia, but not lymphoma.  The typical wellness blood test can detect abnormal blood cells and count differentials that occur with leukemia.  A single normal blood test would not definitively rule out leukemia, but a single normal blood test and absence of leukemia symptoms would at least indicate that leukemia is not likely to be a concern.

Blood tests can easily miss signs of lymphoma since the abnormal lymph cells may be located almost entirely in lymph nodes at early stages.  .

The only other symptom I have are low grade fevers (99-99.5) in the afternoon (6pm) that return to normal by 10 pm.
