A formula Lamborghini Racing car having a mass of 6.50 x 10^2 kg complete one revolution on a 100 m radius track In 15.0 seconds at uniform speed.

A) what frictional force must the car’s tires exert against the track to maintain its circular motion?

B) what is the acceleration of the car?

    C = PI*d = 200PI meters

    V = C/t = 200PI/15 = 40PI/3 m/sec

    ac = V^2/r = PI^2*(1600/(9*100) = 17.55 m/sec^2

    Fc = ac*m = 17.55*6.5*10^2*10^-3 = 11.4 kN
