I really like Cassius and prefer it to caspian. Mostly because in Cassius I think Muhammad Ali and with caspian I think ‘the friendly ghost’. I’d prefer as a boy to be associated with the former.
I much prefer your middle names generally (I love Liam, Garrett and Declan!) , but do think with Cassius a more simple middle suits best. (but if surname wasn’t quite simple perhaps a stronger middle name would work!).
Depending on the surname (both in terms of sound and initials?), My favourite pairings are:
Cassius Oliver, (favourite unless this made the initials unfortunate!)
Cassius Liam, and

I prefer Cassius over Caspian
Caspian sounds like the name of some alien species eg. Andorians and Talaxians from Star Trek
Cassius makes me think of Roman historical figures like Augustus Octavian and Julius Caesar

I prefer Cassius over Caspian. I think a single syllable middle name sounds nicest with a longer and more "flowery" first name. Cassius Blake and Cassius Paul are both nice.

I am not keen on either. But I like Caspian the best.

I don't care for either name, but I suppose you could use Cash as a nickname for Cassius. I think these are your best combos (in no particular order):
You could combine Riley and Ryan to make Rylen, which would be a win for both of you.

I don't like either, but if I had to choose Cassius. Caspian made me think of Casper the ghost. The only middle name that sounds ok with it is Riley.

Either one is okay, but not one of my favorites.

Blake & Riley are cool names but Cassius sounds strange. Kinda fem
