Will the brightness of the sun at the sky become lower when the solar angle of the sun become lower?

The lower the solar angle of the sun, the lower the brightness of both the sun and the blue sky

The higher the solar angle of the sun, the higher the brightness of both the sun and the blue sky

     As the Sun gets lower in the Sky

    It has more of the Atmosphere for its rays to come through

    It is the Spin of the Earth and Nature
