Do “Minimum Mandatory Sentences” have any parole. And how do you feel about them? Are they effective in reducing crime?

Personally, I think they are effective in reducing crime for criminals with the intentions to commit horrible crimes, but could be harsh in some cases. How do you feel? And .. does anyone know if they have parole?

Exact laws vary by jurisdiction. In general. NO sentence allows parole before a term stated in the sentence. Mandatory minimum sentences would include a minimum time before eligibility for parole.

Note: By its nature, parole is NEVER automatic.

It depends on which state or country you are talking about. They all have different laws.
