who runs the Canadian Navy submarines?

    Canada doesn't have a "Navy", as their military isn't broken by branches. So there's a chosen few who qualify to get on that small handful of subs they have.

    Are you thinking of the Canadian Submarines with the screen doors on them or the ones with the round windows.. IT depends which you are talking about.

    A few Canadians, very few. Since they only have 4. When the "Deep Sea Adventure" submarine attraction at the West Edmonton Mall closed, their national inventory dropped by 50%.
