How to deal with lower lumbar scoliosis? In the Army?

I cannot stand up straight without my knees hurting.   I have a spinal deformity which is putting pressure on my knees, I have lumbar scoliosis and cannot stand up straight.  I am going to go see a doctor in the Army, what will happen?

How did you pass your MEPS physical?

US criteria for Spine and Sacroiliac Joints.

    Disqualified if:

There is lumbar scoliosis greater than 20 degrees, thoracic scoliosis greater than 30 degrees, and kyphosis or lordosis greater than 55 degrees when measured by the Cobb method.

This assumes you are in the US Armed forces.

Because I passed my exercises to prove I’m okay. And I got lucky .

If the curvature is to far, I believe they will chapter you. There is only so much they can do with it after one has stopped growing. So if you are already in, you have probably stopped growing, which means they won't be able to fix you in a manner that is cost effective for them.
