J3 2017 UK (not connecting to WiFi) ?

I've tried everything like switching my phone off. Taking wifi router plug out.

    Try these solutions 1. Turn off Wi-Fi in settings then turn back on 2. Restart phone then open settings n tap on Wi-Fi then tap on the blue circled(i) then tap Forget This Network n finally Reset Network settings
