Scales says I am 13 stones, 12 point 2 pounds. What does the point 2 mean please?

The "point 2 lbs" is 2 tenths of a pound (a pound being 16 ounces). One tenth of a pound is 1.6 ounces, so 2 tenths of a pound would be 3.2 ounces. Not enough to worry about. Round it to 13 st 12 lbs.

Never seen or heard of this personally so this is a TOTAL guess.
Stones and pounds are two different meansures of weight.
13 stone is 182 pounds (14 pounds per stone). So I would venture that you are 182 +12.2 pounds or 194.2 pounds.
The .2 means 2 tenths of a pound or 3.2 ounces. So.. your weight is 194 pounds, 3(ish) ounces.
Hope this helps? I may be wrong.

It means 20% of a pound. 12 pounds + 20% of a pound

1/50th of a pound (the weight, not two pence).
