It won't, South East Asia isn't known for being cold. Japan and Korea snows but they are no different from other countries that snow.

    Possibly when Hell freezes over.

The Philippines is way too south and way too hot for snow, maybe when a supervolcano erupts and stops sunlight all over the globe it would happen,  but that's very unlikely any time soon.

Only halo-halo appears closest to snow in my imagination. jk

Never. The archipelago is just a few hundred miles from the Equator and it's often hot year-round.

The news may have not reached your doorstep already. That a tropical country specifically the Philippines in Asia has recorded it’s first snow experience this year, 2013. This is after a YouTube video was uploaded showing snow in the archipelago. Unbelievable, the video shows Mindanao, the southernmost part of the country, the point nearer to the equator, is the place where the snow happened.

    The answer is never.

Probably never. The Philippines is on the equator and does not have mountains that are high enough to get snow.
