None. Thermobaric and incendiary weapons are still used of course but the age of the flamer throwers as you're thinking of is over. They're obsolete. Say there's a bunker you want to take out. You could either get into 60m/200f of the position with a flamethrower all the while everyone is shooting at you because you have a flamethrower or you can be 100m/328f away and just fire a thermobaric warhead from a rocket launcher at it. If it was you, which option would you prefer?

Ad the fact that these launchers are smaller, lighter, safer, and the fact that you can carry a riffle as well, there's no reason to have a traditional flamethrowers.Anything a backpack flamethrowers can do a thermobaric warhead can do but better.
