For Jews, the Sabbath is Saturday not Sunday.  Actually, that was the original Sabbath. We can still see vestiges of this outside of Jewish culture, for example Saturday in Spanish is Sabado from "Sabbath".  Christians took the idea of a Day of Rest from the Jews, but changed the day to align with something more unique to their religion.

So, since SATURDAY is their Day of Rest, Sunday is theoretically a normal day for them. And for Israeli Jews, it is...but, for most other Jews who live in Western or Christian-majority societies, Sunday is seen as the weekend for them too. So many don't work, but not for reasons related to their religion.

They're allowed to work on Sunday, but Saturday is the day many don't work on due to their religion. That includes cooking and cleaning. And, depending on the sect of Judaism they adhere to, there are many other things that Jews abstain from on Saturday, like writing or even turning on a light because of the different ways people can interpret the word "work".

Sunday is a regular day of the week.

Why wouldn't Jews be allowed to work?

TBH, I've never met any jews doing something useful with their hands. That's why they've been kicked out of so many nations so many times, (192 times I believe).

But they're great comedians. I'll give them that.

No sense of white humor, they don't have that. Ayrab jokes all day long.

All they need to do is stand there still, doing nothing and let their appearance create the comedy.

Why not? You may call Sunday your day of rest and spend it sleeping in church but you are a minority on a worldwide basis. For Jews, it is Saturday, for Moslems, Friday.
