Why do the government keep building wind farms?

I don’t understand why, when everyone is rightly so concerned about climate change, the government keeps building wind farms.

It’s nonsensical.

There’s already enough changing weather going on in the world without adding to it by setting up huge windmills to generate even MORE wind.

If anything the government should be taking steps to reduce wind. Wind can cause damage to property and health. It should be avoided - not encouraged.

I don’t support wind farms.

I wish on this site I could be sure that was satire.
