    You can go to some aquariums and even some petstores and pet sting rays, "sharks" and other types of fish.  some of my ownf fish happilly eat ou of my hands.

    Anytime you handle a fish you rub off slime coating, slime coating is  the fishes main immune system so you want to avoid handling them too much.

    The giant koi goldfish at many Chinese restaurant well allow you to hand feed them and to touch them.

    Yes, but you should only pet wild fish. Petting a pet fish can kill it.

      Depending on size of fish and force of contact. Avoid touching the gills period.
