This is why you don't give drugs to your fish.

It's suffering from severe biscuitus bactus. It's very rare for goldfish to get this but if kept in a pond with more than 86 octillion nine hundred septillion three hundred and forty seven sextillion two hundred and twenty two quintillion four hundred and forty six quadrillion nineteen trillion twenty billion four hundred and eighty million atoms within a two miles radius, then there is a slight chance that this disease will strike the poor fish. The best course of treatment is to use pixie magic and bronze sword dancing under the light of the full moon at exactly one minute to midnight, that's solar midnight for your exact location not what time zone you're in. If that fails then you can just eat it.
