    a witch unless they weigh more than a duck, and if they are Pennsylvania Dutch then I would call the curse a hex and the cursor a painter

    Witch is usually the go to. But if this is like, a specialisation for a character curse master, curse maker, curser, b*stard is one I've seen a bit. People don't usually take to being cursed well. Really whatever you want to call them.

    Some people call them witches, wizards, sorcerers, etc. How does one put a curse on things? What sort of things?
