Yes, but their sight is different from that of someone who is not blind.  Some people have known the concept of color because they were blinded later in Life. But others who were young children when thy went blind, or those who are blind at birth, find it very hard to understand the concept of color.  Try and explain the color of yellow to someone who can't see  color, and you will understand what I mean. But blind people are very astute at listening to sounds happening around them, and that is where they surpass the average person in details like hearing and smelling, and even tasting.  It is said that what they have lost in the sense of sight is made up by the abilities they have acquired with their other senses.

"Individuals who are born blind or those who become blind at a young age (typically by the age of 4 or 5 years) do not have visual imagery in their dreams."

"On the other hand, those who become blind after 5 or 6 years of age are able to see in their dreams."

"Blind people are more likely to report feelings of touch, taste, and smell in their dreams compared to sighted people. This likely corresponds to their waking experience which relies more on these senses. They do not have dramatic differences in dream content, except that they seem to have less aggression in their dreams."

People who are blind early in life or at the very beginning won't have dreams since they've never seen anything to store in their memories. If you become blond later in life you can have dreams and see images based off of things you've already seen.

How do you know what they mean? Are you able to access their intention metaphysically? Because you haven't asked them so you must be able to do that.
