You d*** right he is.  They can get away with all kinds of ill stuff.  However; they cannot get away with genocide by nuclear devices.  For that, the president needs backing by congress. Also, the president needs backing by congress to declare war.  Other than that; president can lie, be a womanizer, get his penis sucked in the white house.  It is all simply because they can.

Republicans feel that all Republicans (especially the president) are above the law.

While in office, yes.  A sitting president can not be criminally indicted.  They can be impeached and removed and then be criminally prosecuted for their crimes, or they can be criminally prosecuted after they leave office on their own, but while they are president they are untouchable.

america does not understand "Rule of Law"

2nd Amendment: “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country.”

yet it is abused by trigger happy NRA and rednecks

2nd Amendment was written after yanks committed TREASON against Great Britain, just to avoid paying a TOKEN tax

American defence budget needs funds, Trump does not pay taxes

No, he isn't.  He also is not below the law as the Democrats seem to think.
