I hate to throw food away, and I rarely do,but imo it's been around way too long.

It never changed color and the texture was fine.  I tasted it and it was ok.  I decided not to eat more so I threw into mulch bucket, so it can begin a new life.  Thanks for the assist.

Then eat it as it should be good but if you are worried take a little taste and if it tastes good it is still good.

Toss it, A baked potato is ok in the fridge for 2 or 3 days at a stretch!

    toss it.

Potatoes are low acid and spoil easily because of that.

It’s prob not spoiled, but has lost its integrity, being dried out and possibly picking up flavors in the refrig. Toss it.

Toss it.  Not worth getting sick for 1 potato.

Other than condiments good idea to put thinks in the freezer that you will not eat within a 3 or 4 day period of time.

That's just nasty. They taste stale as soon as they cool, an acceptable sacrifice if you are having it leftover with whatever main you served it with but not a great plan as a lifestyle choice; eating 2 week old food.

Granted it won't kill you as dramatically as 2 week old lobster, but that's still gross.

You are describing garbage. It would have stayed fresh only 3-4 days.
