if my waist size is bigger than my chest size, am I overweight?

Update:

I don't want to give numbers like weight because some people are heavier than they look and are fit

    Absolutely and fat is most of it. I don't tell you this to bring you down. You'll get plenty of that following most people's advice on weightloss.
