Physics help?

A hydraulic lift utilizes pascals principle Fo/Fi = Ao/Ai. If the area of the output piston is 20 times that of the input piston, find how much force will be needed to lift a 20,000N vehicle.

    Fo/Fi = Ao/Ai but Ao = 20Ai so Ao/Ai = 20Ai/Ai = 20

    Fo/Fi = 20 Therefore Fo = 20Fi = 20,000N

    Fi = 20,000/20 = 1,000N <<<<<
