Psychology: What are some important things in life that should be thoroughly analysed?

I am thinking things like your life decisions, your wellbeing, your outlook and your beliefs, your social circle. Any suggestions?

How can one prevent negativity and weakness from infusing itself into daily life? How to become a stronger person? Obviously that would be an important factor. I am not sure what to call it.

    A stronger person? I'm thinking having resilience instead. I also think when you become more gentler and kinder and more compassionate you become resilient, because you understand yourself better and you understand people better. You look things from their eyes and why they're doing it, rather than an us vs them situation.
