Pain and bladder pressure following bowel movements... Anyone have any idea what it might be?

For reference I have seen my doctor on this issue, but he's made no progress.

Following bowel movements, I have swelling and pain just inside of the anus.  Additionally, I experience pressure like I need to urinate.  Standing makes this all feel a great deal worse, but walking or kneeling both reduce the pain.  There is no blood.  I have been using stool softeners, which helps a little.

Thank you for any serious advice.

Hemerhoids, they don't always bleed but they can get swollen and cause pain.

Your Doctor must be stupid if he did not diagnose this, millions of people have it including me.

go to a Pharmacist and buy suppositries and cream, use after each bowel movement.
