On a can of tuna, does the serving size apply to entire contents of the can (water + tuna) or just the tuna? ?

    I understand your concern, but water is not included in the serving size since tuna is usually not served "wet". Even if it was, water adds no additional calories.

    It applies to just the tuna, why would they put serving sizes including water?

    Serving size is the amount of tuna in the can, minus water, because you don't serve the water.
